Exchange's & Refunds
Being a small family business we are only able to offer exchanges or refunds if the time is faulty. Please send your enquiry regarding the faulty item to info@foldies.com.au.
Returning Faulty Items:
Please email supporting photos to info@foldies.com.au highlighting the fault. If the item is confirmed faulty, the item will be replaced. In the event we no longer provide the same item, we will offer a refund, credit note or selection of another item.
All of our items are quality checked prior to be dispatched and all refund request due to a fault will need to be approved by Foldies.
Please note that all sale items are not able to be refunded/ exchanged.
